Lamberti Bianco Quartzite is a whitish-gray quartzite from Brazil. Its main color is slightly gray, and have some dark gray or black lines spraying on the surface, it also has thick light green veins.

Compared with other quartzites, its price is more economical, it can be used on a large scale. Quartzite is a natural mineral whose hardness is second only to diamond in nature.

Its surface hardness can be as high as 7.5 on the Mohs scale. It is much larger than the knife and spatula used in the kitchen and will not be scratched by it.

Can the greenish bands in Lamberti Bianco Quartzite be kept out of the island centre?

The selected material features a pale grey-white field with fine dark lines and broader greenish bands. Mark them on the cutting plan before reserving slabs. Excluding broad bands can reduce the feasible island position and affect the remaining matching pieces.

Would polishing or honing better preserve the broad greenish bands?

Compare both on the selected white or pale material. Polishing adds reflection; honing gives a lower-gloss presentation that may change the apparent contrast of fine markings. Approve a dry face-and-edge sample so the chosen finish works on the detailed piece, not only on a large display slab.

Can the broad greenish bands continue around a mitred corner?

We can develop a cutting layout that relates the top and return when the selected slab sequence allows it. Include the material removed by sawing and edge finishing in that review. Approve the actual junction before cutting; closely related bands do not guarantee a mathematically exact continuation.

Could the bedding change the pale areas around the broad greenish bands?

Pale stone can reveal an unsuitable bedding colour or uneven installation moisture. Have the installer trial a non-staining system with the actual slab and any backing. Approve the dried result, including a joint; a sealer does not conceal poor bedding or replace the wet-area waterproofing design.

What should be checked around sink and tap openings in Lamberti Bianco Quartzite?

Assess liquid uptake on the actual pale selection and agree suitable stain protection where needed. The broad greenish bands do not establish one absorption value for every slab. Have the fabricator check the condition and support of narrow sections, and avoid letting water remain around poorly detailed joints.
