How can fossil-like details in Gaudi De Grey be controlled on repeated tiles?

The selected material features smoky grey stone with lighter fossil-like details and small mineral markings. Set the preferred marking scale using several cut-size samples. One pale inclusion can become much more conspicuous when it occupies a small tile.

How does the finish change the appearance of the pale fossil-like details?

Use two samples from the same visual selection to compare the proposed finishes. A polished face and a lower-gloss face can present colour and mineral contrast differently. Approve the face and edge together, particularly where a contrasting vein or filled area crosses the finished detail.

Can the pale fossil-like details be positioned deliberately in custom pieces?

We can prepare a layout using the selected slabs and project drawings. Mark which areas should remain visible and include all openings and returns. More selective positioning may reduce usable yield, so approve the proposed composition before committing to a particular slab allocation.
