Should Blue Intuition Quartzite be selected for deep blue colour or crystalline detail?

The selected material features blue tones with fine flowing movement and occasional warm yellow accents. Choose the priority before comparing slabs. A paler crystalline section may contribute depth but reduce the blue coverage of the finished feature panel.

What should a finish sample show in the blue movement and yellow accents?

Include both the crystalline areas and their surrounding mineral material. View the dry face under side lighting and compare the finished edge. Any resin-filled areas should be visible in the approval sample; a glossy photograph can conceal differences that become apparent on a matte surface.

What should be checked when an opening crosses the blue movement and yellow accents?

Review the actual crystalline zones, mineral boundaries and any repairs before finalising the opening. Their decorative appearance does not establish structural soundness. The fabricator should confirm the edge finish and support of the remaining sections; the clearest-looking area is not automatically the best place for a narrow rail.

Would a mirror layout or a continuous arrangement suit the blue movement and yellow accents?

Compare both using images of the actual slabs and the finished-piece outlines. Mirroring may amplify a central shape; a continuous arrangement may distribute the movement more freely. Include openings and narrow returns before choosing the pair, because the most attractive full-slab image may not fit the intended composition.

Does the crystalline appearance make Blue Intuition Quartzite a maintenance-free countertop?

No. The blue movement and yellow accents should be assessed together with less clear mineral zones and any treatment. Confirm the supplied stone's identity and liquid uptake before choosing stain protection. Visible crystal alone is not evidence of uniform porosity, unlimited heat resistance or the soundness of narrow cut pieces.
