Blue Velvet Quartzite is a kind of Brazilian quartzite. It has a color range of green and red, and the red veins spread on the surface.

Quartzite is a natural mineral whose hardness is second only to diamond in nature.
Its surface hardness can be as high as 7.5 on the Mohs scale. It is much larger than the knife and spatula used in the kitchen and will not be scratched by it.
