Tempest Crystal Quartzite is an entry-luxury stone, sourced from Brazil. This is a durable, translucent natural quartzite.

It features eye-catching veining, with patterns in colors of yellow-green, light green, cyan, white, orange, and purple.

It is similar to Cristallo Tiffany Quartzite, but their green color a little different. Tempest Crystal Quartzite varies greatly and comes in a wide variety of different surfaces.

Should Canadian Eramosa Marble be ordered vein-cut or cross-cut?

The selected material features brown and taupe directional layers with a pronounced wood-grain appearance. Choose the timber-like layered presentation deliberately and verify Canadian provenance when specified. A different cut or source should receive separate approval.

How does the finish change the appearance of the brown-taupe Eramosa layers?

Use two samples from the same visual selection to compare the proposed finishes. A polished face and a lower-gloss face can present colour and mineral contrast differently. Approve the face and edge together, particularly where a contrasting vein or filled area crosses the finished detail.

What changes should I expect if Canadian Eramosa Marble is used on a kitchen or bar top?

Acidic spills can leave dull etch marks on the identified carbonate surface, including areas around the brown-taupe Eramosa layers. The markings do not need to disappear for a change in sheen to become visible. Choose this marble or limestone when that maintenance expectation is acceptable; ordinary penetrating sealing does not prevent acid etching.
